If you or your doggo are not 100% happy with any PARK LiFE product or service we would like to know.

To give us feedback, or to request a refund, please follow these simple steps:

1) Go to our Contact Us page and send us an email.

2) Let us know why you would like to receive a refund.

3) Tell us what we could do better next time.

Refunds requests limited to within 1 month of the purchase date.

All refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of the Refund request being approved.

In some cases we may request that the item be returned before a refund is issued.
